Woomera designed and produced a campaign for the Mission locale pour l’emploi de la ville de Bruxelles to combat discrimination in employment.
Always keen to combat all forms of discrimination, the Mission Locale pour l’emploi de Bruxelles asked Woomera to design a campaign that highlights the all-too-frequent problem of discrimination in employment in a dynamic and positive way.
We have resolutely opted for a straightforward, no-holds-barred tone by creating the “Make the difference, don’t suffer it” campaign, which suggests developing one’s skills and making the most of those one already has. And, of course, with the support of the Mission Locale pour l’Emploi de Bruxelles, whose motto is “Make the difference”.
Nadia Aimé, who actively promotes diversity and inclusion, is a living symbol of the value of skills as the best defence against discrimination in employment. She did us the honor of being the godmother of our campaign. Her unusual career path has taken her from the streets to a high-level position in cybersecurity at Microsoft.
Multimedia campaign (social networks, digital signage, OLV, website)
The campaign exploits the power of social networks via a long-form video with a very direct tone, as well as 6 5-second subjects illustrating the most common forms of discrimination (racism, grossophobia, ageism…).
We have also added a new page to the site (with a sub-navigation) dedicated to the issue of discrimination in employment. A page that will remain active once the campaign is over, as the subject will unfortunately remain topical for a long time to come.
The result is an uninhibited campaign with a very direct tone and a dynamic, colorful graphic and visual approach.
